Mid-West Family Eau Claire has an immediate opening for a Marketing Specialist to join our sales team. Our locally owned group of radio stations includes WAXX 104.5, I-94, Greatest Hits 98.1, 92.9 The X, SportsTalk 105.1, 95.9 The Farm, plus a full-service digital marketing arm.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses
• Prospect for new advertisers across radio and digital platforms
• Create full-funnel marketing solutions tailored to each client
• Develop expertise in our stations, digital strategy, and community connections

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• A motivated, people-first professional who enjoys solving problems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required if you’re driven and eager to learn)
• A passion for helping businesses succeed
